Cancellation Policy
Whilst I understand that sometimes you may not be able to attend your appointment due to illness or unforeseen
circumstances, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation fees apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment: you will be required to pay 50% of the consultation fee for non-attendance.
