Southern Cross affiliation
As of March 31st, 2018 registered members of the Clinical Nutrition Association are able to offer their services to specific policy holders of the Southern Cross Health Society. These policy holders may now claim for the services of their Registered Nutritionist. The policies include:

Cancellation Policy
Whilst I understand that sometimes you may not be able to attend your appointment due to illness or unforeseen
circumstances, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation fees apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment: you will be required to pay 50% of the consultation fee for non-attendance.

1 x 60 - 75 minute initial nutritional consultation
1 x 30 minute follow-up appointment to present your Personal Wellness Plan
1 x 30 minute follow-up / accountability appointment via phone/zoom

1 x 60 - 75 minute initial nutritional consultation
(At least one follow-up is recommended which will need to be purchased separately)
This option may be a one-off consultation in some cases: if information is needed about a particular diagnosis or you need help analysing blood results.
